Apnea

I travelled to Andøya, an island in Northern Norway where russian currents washes driftwood up onto the south side of the island. I then collected the wood over several days and sailed with it to Bergen.
The jetty was engraved with a story from the journey, with notes from observations on sea and material, blending with the story about a upbringing and family closely related to the sea.
The Jetty was assembled and exhibited at Gyldenpris Kunsthall, where it was later dismantled and returned to the sea.
